What you need to know before you purchase your next property

What to look for in a Building and Pest Inspection

  • An experienced, qualified, and reliable inspector A company that provides sound, independent advice
  • An inspector who is licensed and is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA)
  • A company that is registered with the Office of Fair Trading
  • An inspector who is fully insured for Professional Indemnity
  • A company that is capable of providing both a building and pest inspection
  • Prompt, accurate and thorough reports that are easy to understand

Should i get a Thermal Imaging report?

Thermal Imaging is the use of an infrared imaging & measurement camera to see and measure thermal energy emitted from an object, and is invaluable in the detection of active termite and water penetration. Infrared allows us to see what our eyes cannot.
